Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Recently, I had the opportunity to re-look at our company’s logo and slogan. As we were re-designing the slogan, one particular word stood out to me, impact. I felt it was important to include this word because it reflects the foundation of what we want to do.
As a company, we desire to make an impact in everything we do. We want to develop our employees to their fullest potential. We want to serve and help our clients well. We want our work to contribute positively to society. Ultimately, we also desire to make an impact for the Lord’s Kingdom.
Likewise, as individuals, we should also aim to make an impact in whatever we embark on. Our lives should make a difference. The work we do, the relationships we build, and the decisions we make should leave something meaningful behind.
For believers, the most important impact is spiritual. It is to help bring souls to Jesus, to see lives transformed, and to encourage fellow believers to live out God’s Word faithfully.
It is worth asking ourselves from time to time: What impact are my actions making? Are they merely producing financial results, or are they also bringing positive change to the people around us?
Success is not measured only by numbers, profits, or achievements. True success is also measured by the lives we touch and the difference we make in God’s Kingdom.
May we continually immerse ourselves in the Word of the Lord and allow it to guide our actions, so that our lives will be meaningful and impactful.
Blessings,
David Poh
