Dear Brothers and Sisters,

We are excited to kick off an enlightening discussion this week on a crucial aspect of financial stewardship, investing.

Too often, we think of stewardship as merely giving, but it encompasses so much more. It's about managing all the resources God has entrusted to us, including our financial assets.

Investing: A Biblical Perspective

In Matthew 25:14-30 and Luke 19:11-27, we find powerful lessons on investment and risk. In these parables, the servant who hid his master's money chose safety over action. This reluctance to take risks ultimately led to missed opportunities for growth. As believers, we are called to be wise stewards, which means embracing calculated risks in our investments.

How to take Calculated Risks?

1. Seek Counsel: Engaging with financial advisors or mentors can provide invaluable insights. They can help you identify promising investment opportunities while minimizing risks.

2. Educate Yourself: Knowledge is power! By learning about different investment options and strategies, you empower yourself to make informed decisions that align with your values.

3. Grow the Lord’s Money: Our goal should be to grow what God has given us responsibly. When we invest wisely, we honor Him by multiplying our resources for His Kingdom.
